Dover; EMC 2012.0014, 2017.0012(this coin), 2019.0031. There are 114 coins of this type in the EMC/Sylloge database. The database also has only 48 coins in total of this mint. This moneyer appears on only the coins from Dover and only of this type. All of these three coins in the database have the same reverse die. Brooke's Norman Kings has 29 coins durng the Norman time period from Dover and more than half are of the PAXS type. None of this type or moneyer for the mint can be found there.
